Personeelopleiding/Staff development

Die CMR erken die noodsaaklikheid dat personeel se vermoëns verder ontwikkel moet word en daarom is indiensopleiding, supervisie en konsultasie ’n integrale deel van die Programbestuurders se funksies. Personeel word op die hoogte gehou van verwikkelinge wat van toepassing is op hulle dienslewering en deur middel van supervisie begelei tot die beste hantering van mense in nood.

’n Oriënteringprogram dien as riglyn om nuut-aangestelde personeel bekend te stel met die werkswyses van die C-M Rade.

 

The CSS acknowledge the importance of staff development and have therefor in service training, supervision and consultation as an integrated part of the Program mangers job description.  Staff are kept, though supervision, up to date with new developments that relates to their service delivery and ensure the beste services to people in need.

An orientation program is in place to support new appointed staff in the working procedures of the CMR’s.
